RV SITE WITH HOOKUPS.  BRING YOUR OWN RV!

Rental includes the use of our campgrounds flushing toilets and hot showers.

RV1 is one of two big RV sites situated next to each other and easily accessible directly from highway 245. The only neighbor is a rental house, separated by a privacy fence.

RV1's dimensions are roughly 65' X20' (supports 30amp hookup)

RV2's dimensions are roughly 110' X 20' (supports 50amp or 30amp hookup)

Hot showers/toilets are 600 feet down the dirt road!

This site has fast WIFI, water spigot, picnic table, 20 amp standard outlet, and 30 amp RV hookup.

These RV sites are right next to each other and separated from the rest of the camp, so you won't have many neighbors.

Pricing includes up to 3  people and 1 vehicle.

Extra guest: $10/night per guest.

Extra vehicle: $7/night per vehicle

***Plans change and numbers of vehicles change. If you have not paid for your extra guests and vehicles before arrival, our on-site hosts will help you to do so online, using our WIFI.

Our 2 RV sites with water and power hookups are conveniently located directly off Hwy 245 and easily accessible. When you get to the address take the middle, double gate entrance (just to the right of the mailbox). You can see the hookups from the road directly next to the multi-colored building.

You are welcome to use our bathrooms, showers and pond area. Just head down the dirt road to the right of your site, looking from the Hwy. On the other side (left, looking from the Hwy) behind the fence is an old apple ranch and rental property which may have guests so please tread lightly.

We make rounds to check on guests randomly, usually late morning and early evening. We generally won't bother you unless we see you and say hi, or need to confirm a reservation. Please just message us here or call if you need anything! :) Also, please check out the info board in the camp, or visit the Sequoia/Kings Canyon visitor center in Grant Grove (conveniently located about 20 minutes up the road).

We are tucked just outside of the Parks and Forests in a very small and usually quiet rural mountain community. The loggers settled this area in the late 1800s and early 1900s. We have great views of the forest on one side and sunsets and city lights on the other. The only business is the Pinehurst Lodge about 1 minute away. It's a nice lil mountain bar and grill with a small general store, pool table and outdoor dining.

Since you have an RV, we recommend to travel to the property using Hwy 180 east toHwy 245 south. Your navigation may prompt you to take Hwy 245 north to the property.  This is doable (except for very large rigs), but is a slow and winding route.  Trust us it is faster and easier to continue north on the 99 to Hwy 180 east.  Our recommended route will also take you past our recommende LAST STOP FOR GAS/MINI-MART (Clingans Junction Valero: 35468 E. Kings Canyon Rd. Yokuts Valley, CA 93675).  You will want to fuel up before heading up the mountain as gas stations are limited in the National Parks and surrounding area.

When departing the property, the fastest route down the mountain is to take Hwy 245 north to Hwy 180 west. You can also use Dunlap Road to the south, but please stay to the RIGHT at the fork, on Hwy 245, ust down the road. Dunlap Road will lead you back to the 180 highway right by the Valero gas station. If you go left at the fork, its the 245 south to Visalia and it is not recommended for big RVs or anyone new to RVs/trailers.

Please DO NOT take Todd Eyeman or Sand Creek roads, as they are extremely small and have some curves that will present problems for RVs.

We also have a few sites on the main camp that are RV accessible but have no water/power. Generators are good until 10 pm. Please take a look at the camping site descriptions/dimensions for sites 1, 6 and 24 which are RV ACCESSIBLE only (No hookups). If you don't see them, they're likely booked, but reach out, we're happy to see what's available for you! :)

Dump station located a couple hundred feet down the dirt road to the campground, for $15

Wet weather conditions make our road to the dump station unsafe for RVs

Please message us for dump instructions and location, and an on-site host will help you.

***THIS IS AN RV SITE! BRING YOUR OWN RV*** CAMPGROUND HAS FLUSHING TOILETS AND HOT SHOWERS!!!

Computer software requires us to add rooms, beds, etc...

Please be advised that if you do not have Verizon wireless, you will likely lose service at some point but many now have some services up here! Please screenshot/print the BELOW DIRECTIONS just in case.

DIRECTIONS: Navigator apps push anyone coming from the south up the 245 highway north. It is a very winding and slow climb up the hill. It's doable (except large rigs), but we HIGHLY recommend continuing north on highway 99 to Fresno and then heading east on highway 180 up the mountain. It's faster, much more scenic and a smoother drive. This route also goes right by the nearest gas station on your way up!

Coming east on highway 180, out of Fresno, that gas station is a Valero at 35468 E Kings Canyon Rd. aka Clingan's Junction. From Clingan's, head east on the 180 for exactly 13.8 miles to the 245 highway (it comes up quick with only 1 or 2 small signs), make a right, heading south. If you hit the park entrance, you went too far, turn around drive back about 5 min and look for the 245 on your left. Once on the 245 heading south, go 5.1 miles. On your right you will pass the 'Pinehurst Lodge', which is on google, an easy reference point and is 1 minute or less away (great food!). Then a few seconds later the U.S Forest Service "Work Center" is on the right and we are just past that on the same side of the road. First you will see a Giant Sequoia Tree in the front yard (campground road is just to it's right with orange cones on either side). Next is a double gate for the RV sites andthen the apple ranch with the ole loggers cabin chimney from the late 1800s still standing in the front yard directly off the highway! If you hit the 'leaving sequoia national forest' sign and the community center, you went too far, turn around and drive 1 minute back and look for the apple ranch on your left, pass it and then turn left after the mailbox and before the orange cones.

ARRIVAL:

There are 3 gates for different guest experiences:

TENT SITES (CG01-CG37): Take the FAR RIGHT GATE (north gate), just to the right of the Sequoia Tree, with orange cones on either side of it and solar lights lining it.

Entering the property, the road will go slightly downhill and curve to the left. Stay to your left and you will run into our information board/showers/restrooms on your left. From there you can use our property map to locate your site. There should be a walkie talkie/radio at the information board to contact a host if needed. A host is usually around working somewhere and makes multiple rounds on the camp daily.

Please do not approach the house or immediate backyard for it, as this is a separate rental.

RV SITES 1 and 2: Take the MIDDLE GATE (just to the right of the mailbox). These are back in sites, no pull-through access.Look for your fluorescent power box and water spigot. Hook up and stretch your legs with a walk through the campground to the pond. From the highway, RV1 is on the left and RV2 is on the right. Also from the highway, the road down to the campground is to the right of the RV sites with orange cones on either side of it. Please do not take RVs down the campground road without clearing it with an online or on-site host. Showers and flushing toilets are located a short walk down the campground road. Stay to your left and you can't miss them.

Please do not approach the house or immediate backyard for it, as this is a separate rental.

HOUSE RENTERS: Take the FAR LEFT and southern most gate (to the left of the mailbox). You will pass some rows of our apple orchard trees on your left, and then the driveway will open up to the house on your left. The front door with the keypad for entry faces the highway.
